Young specimens, with a very beautiful coloring and unusual, being the exemplary white rarer. Perfect.

Morphological Description: - Cepaea hortensis - Shell globose spiral sidelines with convex or almost flat. Stoma with the top margin and columella almost parallel. Lip usually pure white. Colour very variable, possibility of 89 different variants, depending on the habitat and food. It is found along with the species (C. nemoralis) in the dark woods, on dead leaves.

Six magnificent specimens of gastropods of the terrestrial fauna Portuguese

Cepaea nemoralis. Species very identical to (Cepaea hortensis), with similar characteristics and habits, can also be found together the two species in their natural habitat. The two species differ in the morphology of the animal and the black band (C. nemoralis) around the inner lip of the shell. These specimens have a very beautiful color and unusual, being the exemplary white rarer. Perfect.
